Send me a shopping list, items will be picked up and delivered to your door, with healthy, nutritious meals already prepped and based on your tastes, needs, budget, and goals. This particular program includes the grocery budget of $100 per week for 3 meals a day.
IN PERSON, PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING DELIVERED TO YOU
Get individualized fitness coaching focused on your goals. Sessions can take place at your home (equipment required, or we can use yours), or sessions can be hosted at Trinity Fitness in Easton. Packages are available for a one 1-hour session per week, or more if you’d like.
Program offers 30 minutes of nutrition focused coaching once per week. Get support with how to prevent overeating, cravings, & other bad habits. Gain a way of eating that is sustainable for your fat loss, muscle-building, or other body composition goals. Go to social events, vacations, and restaurants with the confidence that you will no longer self-sabotage your goals.
